My mission
As the properties’ oenologist, my goal is to reveal the quintessence of each vineyard’s terroir. As Executive Director, I propose a strategy for each property and ensure its management with a view to achieving long-term sustainability. It is also important to me that each member of the team evolves professionally and develops their skills with each successive vintage.
What inspires me
Mounting new, ambitious, exciting projects, combining scientific rigour and intuition on a daily basis, knowing that the team at each property is proud of what they have achieved and are ready to rise to new challenges. Working with a living product!
